Do you ship to United States and /or Internationally?

 

Yes, we do ship to Canada, United States, and Internationally as well.

We provide Free shipping to Canada and the Continental United States for all the packages and letters.

All packages shipped to United States will have the Custom's Declaration form attached, but please note you can send a $200.00 value package to each individual without having to pay duty.

 

Please keep in mind: If you are using an American company to send a package from Santa to a recipient living in Canada The recipient will have to pay duty on every package over $20.00 value.

 

If you wish to send a Santa letter or package from Santa to Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia it may acquire a small additional shipping charge. With letters, tube gifts and scrolls the extra charge is very minimal, with the packages it may be a little more.

 

What we would recommend, just place your order, fill out all the required information, submit your order and before we would charge your credit card we will contact you by email, letting you know if there is any additional charge do to international shipping for packages. We can only check the shipping cost if we have the shipping information and the package size, that is why we need you to fill out the order form.

Once you have confirmed that the additional shipping charge is accepted by you, only then we will charge your credit card accordingly.

 

How long does it take to ship the Santa letters and packages?

 

If you are shipping to the United States please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping time.

If you are shipping to Canada please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping time.

We are located in Ontario, Canada.

For International orders With letters, tube gifts and scrolls please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping time, and for gift packages we would recommend you to place your order at least 6 weeks before Christmas.

 

Do I have to pay taxes on my orders?

 

If you are shipping to a Canadian address, we have to charge the applicable taxes according to where the recipient lives.

If you are shipping to a Continental United States or International address, we do not charge any taxes.

 

Can I make any changes to my order?

 

Yes you can, but you have to act fast, since we start working on your order within 24 hours and once the order is processed we cannot change it.

If I order more than one letter, will it be the same exact letter going to all children?

 

No, even if you order the same letter style, like classic letter, it will be a different letter written for each child.

If you would like a Baby's first Christmas letter for your twins as a keepsake, we will write a different letter to each baby.

 

 

Can I add a special message to the letter?

Yes, there is an option during the checkout process where you can add your own personal message coming from Santa, to create an even more personalized letter.

 

Can I order by phone?
